1. Project Cancellation by Client
- If canceled before work starts, advance is non-refundable (for booking the slot).
- If canceled after partial work, charges apply based on work completed.
2. Project Cancellation by Starsite
- If we cancel the project due to unforeseen reasons, a fair refund (for unutilized amount) will be issued.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable after project delivery.
- Hosting/domain/email service charges are strictly non-refundable (as per third-party provider policies).
4. Changes & Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included. Major revisions outside scope may attract extra charges.
