1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all web development, design, hosting, domain, and related services provided by Starsite (“Freelancer”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to the “Client” (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Work
- Work will be carried out as per the requirements discussed and agreed upon via written communication (email/WhatsApp/messages).
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

3. Payment Terms
- Payments must follow the agreed structure (e.g., 20% + 40% + 20% + 20%).
- Work will only proceed after receiving the advance.
- Delayed payments may result in work suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information, content, and approvals on time.
- Ensure all provided materials (images, text, logos, etc.) are copyright-free or legally owned.

5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, ownership of the final website/design is transferred to the client.
- Starsite may showcase the project in portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise.

6. Hosting & Domain
- If hosting/domain is provided by Starsite, service is subject to third-party provider terms.
- Starsite is not liable for downtime, data loss, or third-party issues.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. Work completed until termination must be paid.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
